BookTopNow offers three categories of offerings:

• Subscription-based real-time accounting automation services
• Information products, including guides, templates and online courses
• Physical goods, such as hardware kits supporting automated bookkeeping

3. Ordering

All orders are subject to acceptance by BookTopNow. You may place orders through our website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for each offering are as displayed at the time of order. Full payment is required before activation or delivery. We accept payment methods as indicated on our website.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1. Services

Subscription services may be canceled before activation for a full refund of any prepaid fees. Once service activation has commenced, cash refunds are not provided; however, remaining prepaid periods may be converted to service credits valid for six months. To request cancellation or credit conversion, please use our support form.

5.2. Information Products

Information products are delivered instantly. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if access or download has not yet occurred. No refunds are available once download or access begins. To submit a refund request, please use our support form.

5.3. Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, except in cases of defects or shipping errors. Defective items will be replaced at no cost. Initiate returns via our support form.

6. Service Transfers

Subscription services may be transferred to another party upon approval by BookTopNow. Transferred credits and remaining periods will be honored under the original terms. Requests must be made through our support form.

7. Modifications

BookTopNow may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the changes.
